Polymorph Heli blades - 2007/04/16 14:04
I'm thinking of making some heli blades out of my old favorite - Polymorph.
Advantages would be:
lightweight
repairable - just re mold them
cheap - i reckon £5 for a good pair
easy to get properly balanced - no more tape
customizable
the only problem is how to make them well, I would like to use a mold but I don't know if its soft enough to fill it.. Any ideas?
On the customizable front I'm thinking I know nothing about profiles or anything, is there anyone out there who does or has experience with something like xfoil?
