Hello, I need help please! I tried to do this mod, now my Wii turns on and then turns itself off straight away. If I loosen some screws, it works ok, then I tighten the screws and it stops working. It seems almost random which screws will make it break and which will be ok. Also, my DVD drive no longer does ANYTHING, it just sits there not spinning the disc or doing anything at all. All the cables etc are alright, so it must be something else. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Well I've got it starting up now no problems I just put some insulation tape over the soldering, only problem now is making my DVD drive work again.

Yay I've got the DVD drive working! I just soldered over a fuse on the DVD drive and it works again, thank god for that!
